Buyers fill the next open slot. The six buyers who land in the two levels beneath you are your downline. Their uplines get paid.

Slots double on every level

Level 1 is a single slot. Level 2 has two, level 3 has four, and each level after that doubles again. Every node has exactly two children.

One wallet, one slot, one package

Your first deposit

Takes the next open slot

A wallet buying a package becomes a Member and is placed in the next free slot, filling the matrix top down and left to right. There is no choosing a position and no waiting on anyone's spots. That deposit is your package, and its size is your commission cap for all 100 paydays.

Want another?

Use another wallet

A wallet that already holds a package cannot buy again. To run a second package, deposit from a different wallet. It takes the next open slot and runs its own 100 paydays, with its own cap. Its downline is whoever lands beneath that slot next. There is no way to know who they will be, or when.

Why "forced"?

Because nobody gets to skip the line. Slots fill in strict order, so Members who join early sit higher in the tree and more people land beneath them. Members you refer, and Members referred by anyone else, flow into the same structure. That overflow is called spillover, and it is how your downline fills even on days you do nothing. Once the six slots beneath you are taken, your downline is complete.

What your downline pays you

Your downline is the 6 slots in the 2 levels beneath you: two directly under you and four under those. You are paid a share of each one's deposit the moment it lands, and a share of every income payment they receive after that.

Placement rules

  • Level 1 has 1 slot, then 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and so on.
  • Every node has exactly two children.
  • New wallets take the next open slot, top to bottom, left to right.
  • Your downline is the six slots in the two levels beneath you. Slots beside you are not your downline.
  • You earn a share of their deposit and of their income. Every payout is capped at the size of your own package.
  • One package per wallet. Another package needs another wallet, which takes its own slot.
  • Placement is permanent and recorded on chain.
  • Income and commission both run for your 100 paydays, then stop.
The cap

Every payout is the smaller of what is due and what you have deposited

Always. If a payout would be $100 but your package is $25, you receive $25 and the other $75 is forfeited, right then. Your package size is your cap for all 100 paydays.

Bigger package, bigger cap. That is why the amount you choose matters.

Example

Worked example

What one Member earns when all six downline slots deposit $1,000.

Assumptions

  • All six slots beneath you are filled.
  • Each deposits $1,000, which is the Discovery package at 3% per payday, so each earns $30 per payday.
  • Your own package is large enough that the cap does not bite. The cap is shown separately below.

On their deposits, one time each

LevelSlotsRatePer depositWhole level
126%$60$120
243%$30$120
All six deposits$240

On their income, every payday

LevelSlotsRatePer member per paydayWhole level per payday
126%$1.8$3.6
243%$0.9$3.6
Every payday, while all six are active$7.2
Over 100 paydays$720

A ceiling for these assumptions, not a projection. Real commission depends on when slots fill, how much each Member deposits, and your own cap.

The cap in action

A level 1 Member deposits $1,000

You are owed 6%, which is $60. What you actually receive depends on the size of your own package.

Your packageYou receiveForfeited

$1,000$60none
$5,000$60none

Forfeited amounts are gone. Your package size is your cap for all 100 paydays.

A week in the matrix

  1. Day 1: Alice deposits and lands in slot 5. Her day 1 income is credited at once, and her two uplines receive their share of her deposit and of that income.
  2. Day 2: Bob deposits and takes slot 10, Alice's left child. Alice receives 6% of his deposit and 6% of his day 1 income, each capped at her own package.
  3. Day 3: Bob's day 2 income is credited. Alice receives 6% of it.
  4. Day 4: Cara takes slot 11. Alice's level 1 is full.
  5. Day 6: Dan takes slot 20 under Bob. Bob gets the level 1 rate of 6%, Alice gets the level 2 rate of 3%, on his deposit and on every income payment.
